Join certified Yoga Therapist Joe Simek (C-IAYT) as he teaches the Joint Freeing Series.

Based on this Joint Freeing Series as it was codified by Mukunda Stiles, this course offers a more traditional version, a standing version, and a chair version.

Improves range of motion in all joints
Low-impact exercise to increase strength and flexibility
Beneficial for those with osteoarthritis; potential increase of synovial fluid
